TERMS AND CONDITIONS

🌹 Please be on time for your appointment, if you are running late please let me know ASAP.

🌹 If you need to cancel your appointment then please try and provide at least 24 hours notice where possible so I can attempt to fill the spot.

🌹 Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. No further appointments can be made until this payment has been received. 

🌹 If you missed an appointment the full amount will be charged.

🌹 I understand that in life emergencies or unexpected things do occur and I’ll always try to my best to work with you wherever possible. However, please understand that my business isn’t just a hobby for me this is how I earn a living and no appointments result in a loss of earnings. 

🌹 All tinting requires patch testing at least 48 hours beforehand. 

🌹 All new bookings require a 50% booking fee to secure the appointment, an appointment cannot be booked until this is paid.
